Approach IPSWICH from either the A12 or A14.
At the junction of the A12 and A14, follow signs for A12 LOWESTOFT and A14 FELIXSTOWE. This will by-pass IPSWICH town centre.
After crossing the River Orwell Bridge, follow signs for A12 LOWESTOFT and WOODBRIDGE.
Continue along the A12 passing 5 roundabouts. At the 6th roundabout, turn left onto the B1079 towards GRUNDISBURGH.
Brafe is around the next corner on the right.
